How much does shipping cost?
- Gaming Desks: Free shipping on all desk orders within the continental US
- Accessories Under $50: $9.99 standard shipping
- Accessories $50+: Free shipping
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Additional $49 shipping fee
- Express shipping: Available for $29.99 (3-5 business days)
How long does shipping take?
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days for desks, 3-5 business days for accessories
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days (accessories only)
- Large Items (Desks): May require 1-2 additional days for white glove delivery scheduling
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
How will my order be shipped?
- Gaming Desks: Shipped via freight carrier with white glove delivery service (includes indoor delivery and debris removal)
- Accessories: Shipped via FedEx or UPS in protective packaging
- Large Orders: May be split into multiple shipments for optimal protection
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order shipping. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@nickdesk.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Free returns on defective or damaged items
- Customer-initiated returns: $99 return shipping fee for desks, $15 for accessories
- All items must be in original condition with original packaging
How do I start a return?

- We'll send you a return authorization number and instructions
- Package the item securely in original packaging
- Schedule pickup (desks) or drop off at designated carrier location (accessories)
When will I receive my refund?
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

- Partial refunds: May apply if item shows signs of use beyond normal inspection
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Contact us to arrange an exchange. You'll pay any price difference and applicable shipping fees.
What items cannot be returned?

- Items missing original packaging or hardware
- Custom or personalized items
What if my desk doesn't fit through my door?
We offer a fit guarantee! If your desk doesn't fit due to access issues, contact us within 48 hours of attempted delivery for a full refund.

Do you offer assembly service?
